A simple product feed tells us what’s for sale at what price and what’s in stock. We translate content, convert sizes, calculate prices, map products to locale-specific categories, group products into collections, and organize products for search, sort, and discovery. We serve as merchant of record for all orders, offering local payment types and taking responsibility for fraud. To satisfy orders we take in foreign currencies, we place orders for the same merchandise from you on the fly, in your currency. We pay you in the currency you expect, and we settle with the customer for the amount they expect.
Orders & Parcels
The orders you receive will be from Localised, in your currency, with a local cross-dock facility as a shipping destination. We receive parcels from you at that facility, and manage international transportation and customs clearance from there. We keep your customer informed at all times via branded transactional emails in their language and their currency, and also serve as the front line for customer care. Our in-market customer care agents speak the language your customers do, and assist customers with queries relating to parcel tracking, billing, promotions, pricing, returns and more.
